Time For Teens Governance
OFFICERS
Thompson Holdsworth, President
is a PGA Golf Professional with Southampton Golf Club. Mr. Holdsworth lives in Southampton with his wife and comes to Time For Teens after losing his brother at a young age. A Golf Clinic is offered to the teens by Mr. Holdsworth annually at the camp, providing a unique experience for the teens with a professional athlete.
Kathleen Russo, Vice President- is the producer of IN THE MORNING WITH BONNIE GRICE and the nationally syndicated show THE SONG IS YOU for WLIUfm. She is currently working on a documentary with Steven Soderbergh about her husband Spalding Gray and his biography for Knopf. Kathleen is the mother of three children- Marissa, Forrest and Theo and resides in Sag Harbor and Manhattan. “My 12-year old son Theo attended the camp last year and it was life changing. He was finally able to release the feelings that had been inside of him since his father died 5 years ago.
Allanah Kirk, Secretary
– a resident of Southampton, is a Cardiovascular Certified Registered Nurse and is employed by Southampton Hospital’s Cardio/Pulmonary Rehabilitation Department. Allanah has four sons ages 16 thru 27. All four of her boys have been involved in the Time For Teens summer camps, workshops and fundraisers over the last two years. Allanah is proud to serve as Secretary on the TFT Board of Directors.
Brian Matthews, Treasurer
is an Attorney at Law with Maclachlan & Eagan, LLP in East Hampton. He lives in Montauk with his wife and son and comes to Time For Teens after losing his mother. Mr. Matthews recognizes the importance of support following the loss of a loved one, particularly when the loss is suffered by a teen.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Sara Walker (Recuriter of Financial Advisors)... was born in Racine, WI, received a B.A. in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a M.A. in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. For several years, worked in public relations and fund-raising at a number of not-for-profits.
In addition, worked in retail (sales and management) at a number of companies. For 2 years, owned and managed a boutique in Mequon, Wisconsin.
She began working at Renaissance Unlimited as a recruiter of financial advisors in December 2007.
Bill Masterson... is the recently retired Highway Superintendent for the Town of Southampton. Mr. Masterson comes to Time For Teens after his niece and nephews loss of their father. Two of the children Carris and Michael, attended Time for Teens Bereavement Camp 2009. Mr. Masterson resides full time in Southampton with his wife.
Freddie McLaughlin... is an Owner and Funeral Director of McLaughlin Funeral Home in Riverhead. Having lost his mother at a young age, Mr. McLaughlin understands first hand the importance of an organization like Time for Teens to provide support to teens living in the east end community.
Henry Hildreth ...is the owner of Hildreth’s Department Store which has locations in East Hampton and Southampton. Mr. Hildreth is a native to Southampton and believes in supporting a cause which focus on support to children on the east end.
Executive Director
Laraine D. Gordon... LCSW-R - Laraine Gordon is a licensed clinical social worker with a private practice for the last 15 years in Southampton, NY. Time For Teens, Inc. is a not for profit organization that was primarily created to hold an annual four day bereavement retreat for teens. Ms. Gordon's innovation has been to create an environment geared toward grieving adolescents between the ages of 12 - 19.

Assistant to the Director Vanessa Petruccelli
- Vanessa Petruccelli joined Time
for Teens in May of 2010. Her responsibilities include researching foundations and grants for the organization, maintaining and
keeping current a database for networking and various tasks related
to fundraising and marketing strategies.
Honorary Board Member
Hon. Mark Epley ...is the Mayor of the Village of Southampton and is also the executive director of the Seafield Center, an alcohol and substance abuse treatment center in Westhampton Beach. Mr. Epley is originally from Tennessee he lives in Southampton with his wife Marianne, a native to Southampton.
Board of Advisors
Hon. Jay Schneiderman... is a Suffolk County Legislator who was first elected to office in 2003 then reelected in 2005 and 2007 and again in 2009. He lives in Montauk with his two children. Mr. Schneiderman has been a strong supporter of Time for Teens since the inception of the organization. A Suffolk County Grant has been awarded to Time For Teens for the years 2007, 2008 and 2009 with the assistance of Mr. Schneiderman.
Nick Wolff... is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and one of the top Psychodramatists in New York State. Mr. Wolff also has his own Psychotherapy Private Practice, Lifestage Inc located in Smithtown NY. Along with his wife, Jude Treder-Wolff, Nick is one of the therapists who leads the daily experiential group at the Time For Teens Bereavement camps held each year.
Jude Treder-Wolff ... is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who owns her own Psychotherapy Private Practice with her husband Nick Wolff. Jude is an integral component to the group process for the bereaved teens during the annual Time For Teens Bereavement camps.
Brenda Siemer-Scheider... is the Producer/Owner of Sisters Productions which is a filmaking company. Ms. Siemer is dedicated to making documentaries regarding people’s heath. Ms. Siemer comes to Time For Teens after losing her husband, Actor Roy Scheider, their daughter Molly attended Time For Teens Camp 2008.
