Reconnect with yourself and nature by attending A Time For Healing, a fun weekend retreat dedicated to anyone grieving the loss of a loved one and also those with a teen coping with loss.

A Time For Healing will be delivered by Laraine Gordon, LCSW and Tom Wasik, LCSW. Utilizing experiential therapy and warm-up improv the workshop aims to help heal and strengthen resilience through creativity, connection, communication and caring. Each day's program also includes one non-strenuous afternoon activity - a kayak trip on Saturday and a yoga class on Sunday. Lunch will also be provided on both days.
The workshop is based on the Time For Teens annual bereavement camp, which was founded by Ms. Gordon.
